Bay Area Soccer League is a volunteer organization.  Although it has now grown to serve over 800 children, it has typically been run by a small number of volunteers, with each volunteer typically doing a large amount of work.  We would like the club to move in a different and much better direction, by getting more volunteers involved, but each doing a smaller amount of work.

We are looking for people who can help out and get things done, and also communicate and work together.  Most importantly, we are looking for people who want to make Bay Area Soccer League a better club for everyone.

The end result will be a better and stronger club where more can be accomplished and we can improve the experience for our children, their parents, and our volunteers.
